Job summary

JLL Bengaluru is seeking a facilities operations professional to manage end-to-end facility services, including technical and soft services, with daily, weekly and monthly reporting to the facilities manager. You will conduct regular walk-throughs, coordinate with security, housekeeping and M&E vendors, and ensure timely billing through PO/invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• End-to-End facility operations responsibilities to manage all technical and soft services.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to FM on timely basis.
• Daily walk-through rounds to inspect and monitor cleaning, upkeep and feel of the facility.
• Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping (HK) and M&E vendor teams.
• PPM activities performed as per a 52-week calendar for Maintenance and HK with AMC vendors.
• Handle PO and invoicing process and coordinate with vendors for timely billing.
• Ensure checklists, logbooks and registers are updated regularly.
• Pest control, indoor plants, pantry and cafeteria services management.
• Maintain consumables, indent and inventory for all services.
• Provide real-time updates to the FM on maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end facility operations and ensure service levels are met.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams for timely execution of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and monitor documentation including logbooks, checklists and PM schedules.
• Coordinate invoicing, POs and vendor payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Perform daily walk-through rounds to inspect & monitor daily cleaning activities for maintaining Feel & Upkeep of entire facility.
• Responsible for handling vendor teams Security, HK and M&E team.
• All PPM activities are performed as per 52-week calendar for Maintenance and HK activities following with AMC vendor and complete the PM services 100%
• PO and Invoicing process, and coordinate with all the vendor for timely billing.
• Ensure all checklists, logbooks and registers are checked & records regularly updated.
• Pest control, indoor plants, pantry services and cafeteria services to be taken care.
• Ensure all technical and soft services consumables, indent, inventory to be maintained.
• Daily and weekly maintenance activities to be taken care and real time update to the FM
