Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a dedicated Facility Executive in Pune to oversee soft services and core technical operations. The role requires developing FM strategies, leading a diverse team, and ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.

You will manage vendor relations, budgets, and client reports, coordinating with front office and security. The position requires a graduate degree and 2+ years of experience in facility management, on-site in Pune with a 6-day work

• Proven ability to implement efficiency and safety improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee soft services 80% and technical 20% operations.
• Develop and execute facility management strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of facility management professionals.
• Implement innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Manage complex budgets and financial reporting for multiple facilities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage facility operations including supply chain, vendor relations, and service contracts.
• Oversee consumables inventory and stock levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Process and verify vendor invoices in line with financial procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain performance standards.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly reports for clients.
• Participate in emergency procedures and business continuity planning.
