Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurugram is seeking a Facility Engineer / Facility Executive Technical to oversee and optimize building operations, maintenance, and safety. The role requires hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation, with a focus on reliability and cost control.

Diploma in Engineering or B.Tech with at least 2 years of experience in facility management is preferred. The position is on-site with 24x7 shift timing and a 6-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and BAS.

• Plan and manage facility improvement projects with budgets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Lead and train engineering/maintenance staff and evaluate performance.
• Prepare and monitor facility operation budgets and control costs.

Urgent Requirement

Job Location: Sector 75, Gurugram

Designation: Facility Engineer / Facility Executive Technical

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or B.Tech Graduate

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Shift Timings: 24*7 Shifts

Work Schedule: 6 Days/week

Operations Management Oversee day-to-day facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems. Ensure all mechanical and electrical systems function optimally with minimal downtime. Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvements.

Maintenance & Asset Management Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for all building equipment and systems. Coordinate corrective maintenance and emergency repairs. Manage vendor relationships and service contracts. Track asset lifecycle and recommend capital improvements or replacements.

Project Management Plan and oversee facility improvement projects, renovations, and installations. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Ensure minimal disruption to building operations during project execution.

Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Maintain required certifications and inspection schedules. Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

Team Leadership Supervise engineering and maintenance staff or coordinate with service providers. Provide technical guidance and training. Develop performance metrics and conduct evaluations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Budget & Financial Management Prepare and manage facility operations budgets. Control costs while maintaining service quality. Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Provide financial reports and forecasts to management.
