Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants India Pvt Ltd in Gurugram seeks a Facility Engineer/Executive to oversee day-to-day facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety systems.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or B.Tech and a minimum of 2 years' experience, with 24x7 shifts and a 6-day workweek.

You will lead maintenance, asset management, project activities and ensure compliance, safety and cost control while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems.
• Ensure all mechanical and electrical systems function optimally with minimal downtime.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvements.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for all building equipment and systems.
• Coordinate corrective maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Track asset lifecycle and recommend capital improvements or replacements.
• Plan and oversee facility improvement projects, renovations, and installations.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure minimal disruption to building operations during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Maintain required certifications and inspection schedules.
• Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Supervise engineering and maintenance staff or coordinate with service providers.
• Provide technical guidance and training.
• Develop performance metrics and conduct evaluations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare and manage facility operations budgets.
• Control costs while maintaining service quality.
• Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide financial reports and forecasts to management.

Urgent Requirement

Technical Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or B.Tech

Graduate Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Shift Timings: 24*7 Shifts

Work Schedule: 6 Days/week
