The position requires BE/BTech or Diploma with 6-8 years of Facilities/M&E experience, strong leadership, and vendor coordination. On-site work with 48 weekly hours in a corporate facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CAPEX & OPEX budgets for engineering & operations.
• Manage critical spares as per manufacturer recommendations.
• Ensure M&E contracts are in place and executed.
• Liaise with authorities for compliance and with vendors for service quality.
• Oversee 100% uptime of electrical, HVAC, PACs, water, elevators, and related systems.
• Maintain logs, reports, and KPI/SLA targets with the account.
