Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Mumbai is seeking a Facilities Manager to maintain and continually improve service levels across technical operations, including power distribution, HVAC, lighting, elevators, and safety systems, while ensuring EHS compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 5–7 years (or a Diploma with 8–10 years) FM experience, strong vendor negotiation, leadership, and the ability to coordinate with the client and occupiers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5–7 years’ FM experience.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8–10 years’ FM experience.
• Experience in HT/LT, HVAC, STP/WTP, Elevator, Escalator, Fire System, statutory compliance, etc.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage vendors/service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations including UPS, lighting, power distribution, HVAC, STP, elevators/escalators, etc.
• Ensure EHS guidelines and periodic audits are conducted; maintain system readiness for external audits.
• Manage assets, tools, and consumables with a cost-conscious approach; track reports.
• Coordinate with clients and occupiers on building-related matters; report daily/weekly.
• Lead trainings for staff and vendors; motivate entry/mid level employees; ensure performance.
