• Strong technical knowledge of large-scale building operations and systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end facilities operations, maintenance, and workplace services.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
• Manage building systems including MEP, BMS, and related infrastructure.
• Lead and develop facilities teams and service partners.
• Drive health, safety, risk management, and emergency response initiatives.
• Manage budgets, OPEX/CAPEX planning, vendor contracts, and procurement.
• Prepare and present operational, financial, and performance reports.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Champion continuous improvement and service excellence.
