Trelleborg Industrial Solutions in Vadodara seeks a Production Manager to oversee fabrication operations, ensure schedules, quality, safety, and project timelines are met, and optimize manpower and resources.

You will coordinate with planning, design, stores and logistics, lead supervisors, welders and fitters, and drive continuous improvement through Lean practices and ERP-based production tracking.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Fabrication Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in fabrication, heavy engineering, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding standards, and production planning.
• Experience managing production teams and meeting project deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Monitor fabrication activities and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, welding procedures, and fabrication processes.

Job Summary

The Production Manager will oversee fabrication operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and project timelines are consistently achieved. The role is responsible for managing manpower, optimizing resources, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth production execution.
