Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a technical profile to manage Repair & Maintenance tickets, with knowledge of helpdesk and remote ticket resolution coordination. The role is on-site with 48 scheduled hours weekly.

You will work with vendors, coordinate travel when required, and support cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Repair & Maintenance tickets and IT helpdesk tickets.
• Ability to coordinate remote ticket resolution and request follow-ups.
• Experience managing service vendors and coordinating travel when required.
