About the Role

Are you a junior architect ready to break out of the studio and into a high‑growth business development role? This is your opportunity to leverage your architectural background while building relationships and marketing luxury metal façade solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage architects, designers, contractors, and project consultants for new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers in the architecture and construction industry.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and present façade solutions.

Technical Consultation & Pre‑Sales Support

• Understand client briefs and translate them into viable façade solution concepts.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and design teams to develop customized proposals.
• Present product offerings, technical specifications, and design possibilities to clients.
• Bridge communication between clients and internal technical/design teams.

Business Development & Lead Management

• Generate leads through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
• Maintain and update CRM with client interactions, project pipelines, and follow‑ups.
• Track project opportunities from inquiry to closure.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for client pitches.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging façade technologies.
• Gather market feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue targets.

Learning & Growth

• Participate in comprehensive product and sales training programs.
• Develop expertise in metal façade systems, materials, and applications.
• Grow into a leadership role by mastering both technical and business aspects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• 0–3 years of experience (freshers and junior architects encouraged to apply).
• No prior façade design experience required.

• Confidence in client‑facing interactions and relationship building.
• Basic understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and construction processes.
