Job summary

Lodha is seeking a Senior Draftsman – Faade Design to join the Faade Design team in Mumbai. The role requests 5+ years of experience in high-rise faade projects and proficiency in AutoCAD, with responsibilities spanning drawings, documentation, and vendor coordination.

You will collaborate with Architectural, Structural, Interior and MEP teams to ensure accurate faade development from conception through post-contract stages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in faade design/drafting.
• ITI Draftsman or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare faade intent drawings based on design inputs.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Interior and MEP teams.
• Prepare and manage faade drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical details, pricing and material samples.
• Support pre-contract activities, including faade tender documentation.
• Compile drawings, specifications, samples and submittals during post-contract stages.
• Assist in design development, approvals and project coordination.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Draftsman – Faade Design to join our Faade Design team.

Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: ITI Draftsman / relevant qualification
Industry: Real Estate / Faade / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare faade intent drawings based on design inputs
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Interior and MEP teams
• Prepare and manage faade drawings and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical details, pricing and material samples
• Support pre-contract activities, including faade tender documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in high-rise faade projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Basic understanding of faade engineering, fabrication and installation
• Knowledge of faade materials such as Glass, ACP, Aluminium, PVDF, Powder Coating and Perforated Panels
• Strong vendor coordination and documentation skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
