Job summary

Ethosglobal People Advisory Llp in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Façade Design Engineer to own the design development of façade systems and ensure timely delivery of drawings and BOMs. You will interpret architectural intent and translate it into technically feasible façades while coordinating with project teams.

Candidates should have BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Architecture with 5–10 years of façade design experience and familiarity with ASTM, AAMA, and IS codes; ready to support

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of faade systems including unitized and semi-unitized designs.
• Ability to interpret architectural intent into technically feasible faade solutions.
• Experience in design development from concept to IFC.
• Knowledge of materials: glass, aluminium, steel, stone, ACP, GRC.

• Experience – Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Faade design.
• Required:

Strong understanding of faade systems including unitized, semi-unitized, stick systems, skylights, canopies, and special structures

• Expertise in design development from concept to IFC (Issued for Construction) stage
• Ability to interpret architectural intent and translate into technically feasible faade solutions
• Knowledge of material behavior: Glass, Aluminium, Steel, Stone, ACP, GRC, etc.
• Experience in system detailing, fabrication detailing, and installation methodologies.
• Experience in MOMs, technical submittals, RFIs, and compliance reports
• Familiarity with ASTM, AAMA, IS codes
• Support fabrication and site execution with design inputs
