The role is key in ensuring smooth coordination between design, welding, machining, and assembly teams.

• Coordinate with Design & Production team for drawing clarification and process planning.
• Manage workforce allocation, attendance, training, and productivity optimization.
• Inspect raw materials, fabricated parts, and outsourced work ensuring quality compliance.
• Maintain shop‑floor discipline, 5S, and safe working practices.
• Maintain documentation related to material consumption, production reporting, and inspection.
• Support continuous improvement activities to reduce wastage, rework, and process time.
