Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent hospitality qualification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus.
• Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage options to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
• Ensure tables, service stations, and restaurant areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and personal cleanliness standards.
• Assist with restaurant setup, mise-en-place, buffet arrangements, and closing procedures.
• Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
• Adhere to hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and guest service standards.
