Job summary

Novotel Hotels is seeking a Beverage Operations Supervisor who will oversee the beverages team, plan and coordinate service in the department, and ensure adherence to standard recipes with top quality.

The role requires attending guest complaints and inquiries, and escalating any issue to Management. A hospitality-related qualification is preferred with at least 2 years in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

• Qualification in hospitality related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 year’s experience in the same role within the Hospitality Industry.
• Ability to enhance organizational performance;

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the beverages department, including supervision and coordination.
• Ensure beverages prepared and served follow standard recipes and quality.
• Attend guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding services.

Education
