Job summary

Medanta is seeking a dedicated F&B Supervisor to manage kitchen operations and ensure high-quality meals for patients and staff. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments, enforcing kitchen discipline and maintaining compliance with sanitation and temperature guidelines.

You will also be responsible for handovers between shifts, maintaining records, and addressing patient feedback to ensure overall satisfaction. This is an on-site role within the hospital kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper hand-over and take over from shifts.
• Organize and coordinate all resources within the kitchen and other areas.
• Check all raw materials at the receiving area.
• Ensure cleanliness inside the kitchen.
• Ensure meals for patients and staff follow guidelines for temperature, sanitation and presentation; address patient complaints about F&B service.
• Enforce discipline among F&B staff and implement departmental policies.
• Maintain records and checklists.
• Coordinate with all relevant departments to achieve total patient/customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

• Co- ordinates with all concerned departments to achieve total patient/customer (external & internal) satisfaction.
• Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
