Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field.
• 1–3 years in Food & Beverage operations or corporate hospitality.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management; focus on hygiene and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day cafeteria, pantry, and catering operations.
• Coordinate with food service partners and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Handle employee and client feedback to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Manage catering requirements for meetings, events and special occasions.
• Conduct regular vendor audits and review service quality against SLAs.
• Monitor inventory, consumption trends, and replenishment of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and support process improvements for efficient service delivery.

What this job involves

The role will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, customer satisfaction, vendor management, and service delivery while enhancing the overall workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day cafeteria, pantry, and catering operations.
• Coordinate with food service partners and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Handle employee and client feedback to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Manage catering requirements for meetings, events, and special occasions.
• Conduct regular vendor audits and review service quality against agreed standards and SLAs
• Monitor inventory, consumption trends, and replenishment of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and support process improvements for efficient service delivery.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field preferred
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage Operations, Corporate Hospitality, Workplace Services, Integrated Facilities Management, or Institutional Catering
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in corporate cafeterias, business parks, IT campuses, hospitality operations, workplace dining, or facility management environments will be preferred.
