Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned AFM - Soft Services to manage day-to-day workplace experience and soft services operations, ensuring a safe, productive and engaging office environment for employees and visitors.

The role focuses on overseeing housekeeping, pantry and visitor services, while collaborating with HR, Security, IT and Facilities to ensure SLA/KPI compliance and continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-9 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Corporate Services, Hospitality, or Facility Management, preferably in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, pest control, and office upkeep.
• Manage reception, hospitality, meeting rooms, and visitor services.
• Monitor vendor performance and SLA/KPI compliance.
• Support employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives.
• Conduct workplace audits for cleanliness and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Security, IT, and Facilities teams.
• Track budgets, prepare reports, and drive improvements.
