Job summary

DJRS Hospitality is seeking a dynamic F&B Captain to supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure outstanding guest service. You will lead service staff, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and uphold high hygiene and service standards.

The role requires 1–3 years as a Captain or Senior Steward, strong communication and leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts. This on-site position offers staff food, PF benefits, and growth opportunities.
