Club Emerald, Mumbai, invites applications for AM - Inventory Controls / F&B Cost Controller for our Mumbai QSR. The role focuses on controlling food and beverage costs through regular reporting, stock audits and cost reconciliation across kitchens, bars and stores.

You will verify purchase indents, assess quality, quantity and price, manage vendor pricing, and drive recipe costing, portion control and menu profitability to maximise margins.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily F&B cost and prepare cost reports.
• Audit stock in kitchens, bars and stores and reconcile.
• Track wastage, voids, NC KOTs and investigate variances.
• Verify purchase indents (quality/qty/price) and vendor pricing.
• Costing recipes, portion control and menu profitability.
