Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Training Manager for Finance & Accounting based in Chennai. The role leads end-to-end training delivery for RTR, P2P and OTC processes, partnering with delivery teams and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

You will design modules, conduct needs assessments, and develop learning solutions, while managing a team and driving continuous improvement in training quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Commerce graduates or MBA in Finance are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RTR, P2P and OTC processes.
• Experience in Knowledge Management and operational training.
• Proficiency in LMS, classroom, virtual, web-based and train-the-trainer delivery.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end training delivery for Finance & Accounting operations.
