WNS in Pune seeks an experienced Training Manager to lead process trainings for the Finance & Accounting account, supporting 200+ associates and coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders. You will deliver comprehensive content and ensure alignment with business goals.

You will maintain training MIS, drive governance and audit readiness, and design content for p2p/o2c/r2r domains, contributing to ISO compliance and continuous improvement while aligning with global processes.

Experience in managing teams to meet training goals.
Proven ability to design and deliver F&A process trainings.
Strong focus on learner engagement and continuous improvement.
Experience in maintaining training governance and audit readiness.

Job Description

Manage Process training for the aligned F & A account including new hire training, BAU interventions, for a span of 200+ FTEs
Manage clients and internal stakeholders
Create and maintain detailed training MIS and documentation
Design, Develop and Deliver training on F&A product and process training on a need basis
Adhere to signed off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans and any other prescribed regulations
Conduct F&A domain trainings (p2p/o2c/r2r) and need based refreshers
Own training governance and ensure audit readiness/compliance for assigned accounts
To ensure that all the trainings are conducted as per the plan
To prepare and maintain various process/Training related documents
To provide relevant data as and when necessary,
To adhere to the requirements of supervisors.
To create and update contents of the process as per the training and process requirements.
