Finance & Accounts Trainer

Job Title: Finance & Accounts Trainer

Reporting To: Internal Training Manager

Location: Mohali

Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery

Conduct Training Sessions On The Following Topics

• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Cash Flow Statements
• Financial Statement Analysis
• Budgeting and Forecasting

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly engaging, outcome-driven, and interactive training sessions that combine conceptual learning with practical applications.
• Ensure trainees understand accounting principles, finance processes, and industry best practices.
• Conduct refresher sessions and workshops as required.
• Encourage active participation and create an interactive learning environment.

Training Content Development

• Training presentations (PPTs)
• Training manuals and handbooks
• Case studies and practical exercises
• MCQs, quizzes, and assessments

Additional Responsibilities

• Design scenario-based exercises and industry-specific case studies.
• Update training content based on business requirements, process changes, and trainee feedback.

• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring.

• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance trackers.
• Support process improvement initiatives and special projects.

• Assist the Internal Training Manager in various activities and projects as assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree B. Com (Mandatory)
• Master's Degree M.Com / MBA (Finance) – Preferred

Experience Required

• Overall Experience: 3 – 8 Years
• Training Experience: 1 – 3 Years (Preferred)
• Finance Experience: Hands‑on experience in R2R, P2P, O2C, AP, AR, GL
• Industry Exposure: Shared Services / KPO / BPO / Consulting

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Have strong practical knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes.
• Possess hands‑on experience in R2R, P2P, and O2C processes.
• Be able to design and deliver scenario-based and case‑study-driven training programs.
• Have experience working with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Workday (preferred but not mandatory).
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Have experience training freshers as well as experienced professionals.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and business processes.
