Accenture is seeking a highly experienced Transformation Architect with a strong domain and pre-sales background to design innovative, value-led transformation solutions for clients across industries. The role requires a blend of domain expertise, business transformation knowledge, consulting skills, and the ability to respond to complex RFPs and client pursuits and be client-facing to pitch the transformation mandate with confidence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping transformational deals, designing future-state operating models, leveraging emerging technologies, and developing differentiated solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role aligns with Accenture's focus on AI-first, value-driven transformation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Expertise in all or any two of towers in F&A (RTR/PTP/OTC)
• Experience leading large transformation deals, managed services pursuits, and pre-sales solutioning.
• Strong capabilities in RFP/RFI response management, proposal development, pricing, and value realization.
• Design of Target Operating Models, transformation roadmaps, and operating frameworks.
• Deep understanding of business processes, KPIs, and transformation levers.
• Expertise in AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, Process Mining, and Analytics
• Experience with enterprise platforms
• Strong stakeholder management with C-suite engagement and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, transformation programs, and solution architecture initiatives.
• Ability to develop POVs, business cases, and outcome-driven transformation strategies.
