Job summary

Light & Wonder in Bengaluru is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage the day-to-day contingent workforce program, including onboarding, offboarding, and assignment changes.

You will maintain data in the Vendor Management System (VMS), ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations, support audits, and generate reports to improve program performance and cost efficiency. AI tools experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years in HR operations, staffing, or contingent workforce management.
• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VNDLY, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) preferred.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program, including onboarding, offboarding, and assignment changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Administration:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program, including onboarding, offboarding, and assignment changes.

• Compliance & Governance:
  • Monitor adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and contractual agreements.
  • Support audits and reporting to ensure program compliance.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Support:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing suppliers and internal hiring managers.
  • Assist with issue resolution and escalated concerns as needed.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  • Generate and analyze reports on contingent workforce metrics (e.g., headcount, spend, cycle times).
  • Provide insights to improve program performance and cost efficiency.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
  • Support implementation of new tools, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  • 2+ years in HR operations, staffing, or contingent workforce management.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VNDLY, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with reporting tools is a plus.
