Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations professional to oversee the contingent workforce program in Bengaluru. You will manage day-to-day operations, onboarding/offboarding, and assignment changes within the VMS ecosystem.

You will ensure policy compliance, support audits, and act as the main liaison between staffing suppliers and internal hiring managers. You will also generate reports on headcount and spend to drive program efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 2+ years in HR operations, staffing, or contingent workforce management.
• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VNDLY, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) preferred.

• Compliance & Governance:

  • o Support audits and reporting to ensure program compliance.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Support:
  • o Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing suppliers and internal hiring managers.
  • o Assist with issue resolution and elevate concerns as needed.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  • o Generate and analyze reports on contingent workforce metrics (e.g., headcount, spend, cycle times).
  • o Provide insights to improve program performance and cost efficiency.
• Process Improvement:
  • o Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
  • o Support implementation of new tools, processes, and best practices.

• Experience:

  • o Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with reporting tools is a plus.
