Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a Program Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program, onboarding and offboarding, and assignments in Bengaluru. The role partners with vendors and internal hiring managers to ensure accurate data in VNDLY or similar systems.

You will monitor compliance with policies and labor regulations, support audits, generate reports on headcount and spend, and drive process improvements to enhance user experience and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in HR operations, staffing, or contingent workforce management.
• Familiarity with VMS (VNDLY, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) preferred.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Program Administration:
  • o Manage day‑to‑day operations of the contingent workforce program, including onboarding, offboarding, and assignment changes.
  • o Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the Vendor Management System (VNDLY or similar).
• Compliance & Governance:
  • o Monitor adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and contractual agreements.
  • o Support audits and reporting to ensure program compliance.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Support:
  • o Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing suppliers and internal hiring managers.
  • o Assist with issue resolution and elevate concerns as needed.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  • o Generate and analyze reports on contingent workforce metrics (e.g., headcount, spend, cycle times).
  • o Provide insights to improve program performance and cost efficiency.
• Process Improvement:
  • o Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
  • o Support implementation of new tools, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  • o 2+ years in HR operations, staffing, or contingent workforce management.
  • o Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VNDLY, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) preferred.
• Skills:
  • o Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • o Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with reporting tools is a plus.
  • o Experience using AI tools (Preferred)
