Job summary

Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or Spanish are a plus. You will coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with regulations.

• Sales and Market Development:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for BOPP films in international markets, with a focus on the UAE and high-growth regions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers, including packaging companies, converters, and distributors.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Customer Relationship Management:Build and sustain robust relationships with international customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide market feedback and insights to the management team to support informed business decisions.
• Negotiation and Sales Strategy:Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and other sales conditions with international customers to secure profitable deals.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Coordination and Compliance:Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics and operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of BOPP films to international customers.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and certifications to ensure compliance in all sales activities.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the packaging industry, with a focus on BOPP films or similar products.
• Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth in international markets.
• Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of the global packaging industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Familiarity with the Dubai market and experience working in the Middle East region is a plus.
• Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and revenue growth.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, etc., are an advantage.
