Profile Overview:

We at Paladin Paints & Chemicals Pvt Ltd (Hitech Group Company), are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Export Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating international sales operations, ensuring seamless end-to-end order processing, and maintaining strong relationships with global clients and distribution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 1. Coordinate and support global clients & distributors in sending quotations, order processing, monitoring dispatch, invoicing & delivery.
• 2. Generate international business by identifying new opportunities and managing export sales.
• 3. Promote existing products to international customers and explore new market potential.
• 4. Manage and oversee factory dispatch to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• 5. Interact with customers for order processing, payment follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• 6. Maintain sales records, reports, and market insights for strategic decision-making.
• 7. Analyze import data to identify trends, monitor market movements, and support export sales planning.
• 8. Coordinate with plant technical and supply chain team for Statutory and Regulatory requirements and compliance.

Required Skills:

• 1. B.Sc, M.Sc, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. A background in Chemistry, Industrial Science, Paints and Coatings or related disciplines is highly preferred.
• 2. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in export sales coordination, preferably in the paints or manufacturing industry.
• 3. Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international trade regulations.
• 4. Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• 5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
• 6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.

• 1. Open to work from office (Work Location Lower Parel, Mumbai), with regular visits to factory at Khalapur (near Khopoli).
• 2. Should be comfortable with field work as required.
