Job summary
Freelancer is seeking a logistics procurement specialist to procure competitive buy rates for FCL, LCL, air freight, break bulk from carriers and overseas agents.
You will provide prompt, accurate quotations for spot rates, RFQs and tenders, and negotiate special, contract, and volume-discount rates with carriers to maximize savings.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping lines/services, trade lanes and prevailing market rates.
- Prepare and maintain export rate sheets and tariff databases.
Responsibilities
