Job summary

Rath Infotech & Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking an Export Marketing Executive to drive vendor registrations and expand cross-border opportunities in the Middle East.

You will identify new registration opportunities, manage registrations on Ariba, SAP and other portals, and coordinate with QA/QC, Production and Finance to ensure compliant documentation. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, a degree in Marketing/Commerce/Engineering, and strong communication and follow-up

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce or Engineering.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Middle East vendor registration processes.
• Strong communication, coordination & follow-up skills.
• Experience in Pipes, Tubes, Steel, EPC or Oil & Gas will be preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple registrations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle vendor registrations across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman & Kuwait.
• Manage registrations on Ariba, SAP, ADNOC, SABIC, PDO & other vendor portals.
• Prepare pre-qualification, technical & compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Production & Finance teams.
• Follow up on approvals, documentation gaps & renewals.
• Ensure documentation complies with relevant standards such as ISO, IBR & ASTM.
