Job summary

Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd is seeking an Export Executive in Mumbai to manage documentation and shipments for international orders. You will prepare pre-shipment documents, coordinate inspections, and draft Bills of Lading, ensuring compliance and timely execution.

The role requires coordination with production and dispatch teams, entry and release of sales orders, and timely delivery of material. The ideal candidate will have exposure to export processes and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-shipment documents, coordinate third-party inspections, and draft Bills of Lading.
• Prepare post-shipment and bank documents, including invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin, and BRC submissions; ensure timely closure of formalities.
• Enter and release sales orders, coordinate with production and dispatch teams, and ensure material readiness and on-time delivery
