Job summary

AnthoX Global is seeking a Sales Coordinator Export in Hyderabad to support its international sales team and manage communication with overseas customers and suppliers. The role requires coordinating orders, shipments, and documentation with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of export/shipping experience, strong English written and spoken skills, and solid MS Excel knowledge (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables). British English preferred.

Qualifications

Sales Coordinator Export

Location: Hyderabad | Job Type: Full-time | Experience: 2-3 years

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator Export to support our international sales team and manage communication and coordination with overseas customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales orders, shipments, and customer requirements.
• Communicate directly with overseas customers/suppliers through professional business emails.
• Track containers and coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Handle export/customs documentation and have a working understanding of Bills of Lading.
• Follow up with overseas customers for payments and pending requirements.
• Check overseas customers’ import permits and licenses.
• Prepare shipment summaries, reconcile orders, and maintain accurate records.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in export trading, freight forwarding, sales coordination, or a related field.
• Good understanding of export/import documentation and international shipping.
• Strong container tracking and shipment coordination skills.
• Good MS Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP, filters, sorting, and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong professional business-email drafting skills.
• British English proficiency preferred.
• Assertive and persistent with customer/payment follow-ups.
• Calm under pressure, organised, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
