The Lease Administrator is responsible for processing lease documents and managing property requirements for a real estate portfolio of 200+ leases, over 1M SF and an annual rent budget of $27M. The Lease Administrator will monitor every aspect of the lease agreement process. This includes managing the creation of new leases, handling daily administrative duties, and ensuring the proper maintenance and updates of lease activities in accordance with Randstad US internal policies, procedures and guidelines. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, a strong aptitude, and the capability to effectively prioritize tasks.
