Job summary

PwC India invites an Experienced Associate in Organizational Change Management to contribute to client transformation programs within the Workforce Transformation practice. You will develop change strategies, stakeholder plans, and learning solutions to help people adapt to new ways of working.

You will learn through client engagements, collaborate with global teams, and support senior colleagues while expanding your technical knowledge and professional brand.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in HR Management / Organizational Behavior / Sociology / Psychology.
• Certifications in Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci) are a plus.
• At least a Bachelor's degree and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact, readiness, and stakeholder assessments to shape engagement plans.
• Develop change management strategies, communications, and leadership and end user messaging for transformation initiatives.
• Create personas and journey maps reflecting stakeholder needs across client groups.
• Identify barriers to change and develop mitigation actions to support adoption.
• Establish performance measures to track progress of change initiatives and adoption outcomes.
• Design training needs analyses and learning plans that support implementation activities.
• Build slide decks and storyboards presenting complex information clearly.
• Apply change management frameworks, business analysis, and process mapping to guide delivery tasks.
• Adapt to shifting priorities, time zones, and ambiguous project conditions while supporting client work.
• Contribute to proposal development, internal research, and the use of digital tools and AI-enabled methods to improve delivery.

As an Experienced Associate - Organizational Change Management you will support client transformation efforts by developing change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement approaches, and learning solutions that help people adapt to new ways of working within our Workforce Consulting practice. As an Associate you will learn through client engagement, contribute to project tasks, build confidence in a fast-paced environment, and use curiosity, adaptability, and reliability to support senior team members while developing your technical knowledge and personal brand. In this role at PwC, you will help assess change impacts, readiness, and stakeholder needs, create personas and journey maps, identify barriers to adoption, and develop materials that support communication and training efforts across organizational change initiatives.

What You Must Have

• Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Sociology, Psychology
• Certifications in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci, or any certifications in Instructional Design or Learning Solutions, are considered a plus.
• At least a Bachelors degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
