Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India in Hyderabad is seeking a Transition Management Senior Associate to lead delivery teams, manage transitions and optimize managed services across F&A domains. You will drive process improvement, automation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver value for clients.

You will support cross-functional teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, mentor juniors, and uphold PwC's standards while growing your project management and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in transition management is preferred.
• Experience in managing transitions across F&A domains and value streams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing transition and delivery of managed services to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Experience in F&A Transitions (AP, AR, O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A etc.)
• Understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services/Shared Services
• Process Mapping and Re-engineering
• Leading project management initiatives to optimize processes and tools for client engagement
• Analyzing and analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform strategic decisions
• Developing and implementing automation frameworks to enhance service delivery and reduce costs
• Engaging stakeholders to identify needs and align service offerings with business objectives
• Planning and executing continuous process improvement strategies to drive performance enhancements
• Documenting risks and developing mitigation plans to manage delivery risks effectively
• Building meaningful client connections to foster long-term relationships and support business growth

As a Transition Management Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Managed Services team, focusing on transitioning and managing services to support clients in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services to our clients. Your work will involve continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others.
