As a Senior Associate in Organizational & Talent Workforce Solutions, you will engage with clients to transform their workforce strategies and organizational design. Within our Workforce Transformation practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that align with client objectives. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful results and build meaningful client relationships.

What You Must Have

• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Sociology, Psychology
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• MBA or master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields of study (preferably from premier B-Schools)
• Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
