Job summary

Max Healthcare in India seeks a Quality Assurance professional to support accreditation processes, audits and QI projects, and ensure adherence to policies and patient safety standards. You will help develop clinical indicators, NABH metrics, manage incidents, drive preventive actions, and promote a culture of professional conduct and cost discipline across departments.

Collaboration with clinical teams and administration is essential, with a focus on timely reporting and constructive feedback

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of accreditation requirements.
• Carry out routine audits of clinical areas / departments and provide feedback to departments.
• Support and implement QI projects.
• Closure of Non conformities.
• Management of serious untoward incidents, complaints and promote patient safety.
• RCA of Incident reporting and corrective action with preventive actions.
• Dissemination, implementation and training of organization policies and regular audits.
• Development and periodic review of clinical indicators and NABH performance indicators.
• Demonstrate professional and courteous behavior to patients and co-workers.
• Operate within budget cost.
• Be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies and practices.

Job description

Accreditations:

• Support the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation

Audits & QI projects

• Carry out routine audits of clinical areas / departments.
• Provide feedback to departments.
• Support and implement QI projects.
• Closure of Non conformities.

Quality Assurance

• Management of serious untoward incidents, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and to promote patient safety.
• RCA of Incident reporting, adverse incidents followed by corrective action and implementation of Preventive action.

Medical Policies and Standards

• Dissemination, Implementation, Training of Organization policies and regular audits.

Clinical indicators and Performance indicator

• To support the development, periodic review and improvement of clinical indicators.
• To support the development, periodic review and improvement of NABH performance indicators.

People Orientation

• To demonstrate professional & courteous behavior to patient & co-workers.

Cost & Revenue

• To operate within budget cost.

Discipline

• To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
