Job summary

Max Healthcare in Delhi is seeking a quality assurance professional to support accreditation planning, audits, and NABH indicators. You will work across clinical areas to enhance safety, audit compliance and incident management.

Qualifications

• Dissemination, implementation and training of organization policies and regular audits.
• RCA of incident reporting and preventive actions.
• Management of serious untoward incidents, complaints and to promote patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of accreditation requirements.
• Carry out routine audits of clinical areas / departments.
• Support and implement Quality Improvement (QI) projects.
• Closure of Non conformities.
• Management of serious untoward incidents, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and to promote patient safety.
• RCA of Incident reporting, adverse incidents followed by corrective action and implementation of Preventive action.
• Dissemination, Implementation, Training of Organization policies and regular audits.
• Development, periodic review and improvement of clinical indicators and NABH performance indicators.
• Demonstrate professional & courteous behavior to patient & co-workers.
• To operate within budget cost, be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies and practices.

Job description

Audits & QI projects

• Carry out routine audits of clinical areas / departments.
• Support and implement QI projects.
