Responsibilities

• Identify shortages, excesses, damages, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, QC, and other departments to resolve inward issues.
• Ensure timely GRN processing and maintain necessary documentation.
• Update inward records in the WMS/ERP system and maintain traceability.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Inward Executive to manage day-to-day inward material operations, GRN processing, documentation, and inventory updates. The candidate should have hands-on experience in verifying incoming materials, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inward material receipts and verify materials against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DC), and supplier invoices.


• Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) accurately in the inventory management system.


• Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for material inspection and quality clearance.


• Verify item codes, descriptions, quantities, and other relevant details before GRN entry.


• Identify and report material shortages, excess quantities, damages, and discrepancies.


• Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, QC, and other departments to resolve inward-related issues.


• Ensure timely GRN processing and maintain proper documentation for all inward transactions.


• Update inward records in the WMS/ERP system and ensure accurate inventory data.


• Maintain proper filing and traceability of all inward-related documents.


• Follow warehouse SOPs and ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Degree or Diploma is preferred.


• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in warehouse inward operations and GRN processing.


• Working knowledge of inventory management systems or WMS/ERP software.


• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.


• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.


• Ability to manage multiple inward transactions and meet processing timelines.


• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
