Job summary
Aspire Systems in Chennai, India is seeking a results-driven US IT Recruiter with strong sourcing and end-to-end recruitment experience. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, vendor coordination and client liaison to meet daily submission targets.
You will work in a hybrid setup with a US night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST), use LinkedIn, Dice, Monster and other boards, and coordinate with vendors, account managers, and team leads.

- Maintain candidate activity in ATS and report on daily/weekly metrics.
- Collaborate with vendors, team leads and account managers.
- Understand US employment types, work statuses, benefits, and terms.

Aspire Systems is looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiter with strong sourcing expertise and a solid understanding of the US staffing landscape. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, vendor coordination, and end‑to‑end IT recruitment.
- Source and identify qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Understand client requirements and identify candidates who match the required skills and experience.
- Conduct candidate screening and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
- Negotiate compensation, wage rates, and employment terms with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients until feedback is received.
- Achieve daily and monthly submission targets while maintaining candidate quality.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity details in the ATS.
- Coordinate regularly with candidates, vendors, team leads, and account managers through calls and emails.
- Prepare and share daily activity and interview status reports with the recruitment team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing vendors.
- Understand and manage different US employment types, work statuses, benefits, compensation, and contractual terms.
- 2–6 years of solid US IT sourcing/recruitment experience, preferably from a consulting or staffing background.
- Strong understanding of the US Staffing recruitment process.
- Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end IT recruitment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of US work visas, tax terms, employment/work statuses, and US time zones.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean/search-string skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job boards.
- Strong candidate screening, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with candidates, vendors, clients, team leads, and account managers.
- Strong vendor management and relationship‑building skills.
- Basic understanding of contract agreements.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or similar applications.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and maintaining recruitment activity records.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
- Experience working in a US staffing/consulting environment.
- Strong network and established relationships with US staffing vendors.
- Knowledge of US benefits, compensation structures, employment types, and terms & conditions.
- Strong understanding of the US IT talent market and current technology trends.
- Experience handling multiple requirements and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.
