Job summary

Grover Sweets seeks a Training Coordinator to plan and conduct training for restaurant and support staff, focusing on induction, onboarding, product knowledge, customer service, hygiene, and food safety.

You will develop training content, SOPs, and learning materials, track attendance and assessments, maintain training calendars and MIS, and ensure SOPs across outlets are followed.

Qualifications

• Plan and conduct training programs for restaurant and support staff.
• Conduct induction and onboarding training for new joiners.
• Identify training needs based on performance and operational requirements.
• Develop and deliver training content, SOPs, and learning materials.
• Conduct training on product knowledge, customer service, hygiene, food safety, and operations.
• Track training attendance, assessments, completion, and records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Maintain training calendars, MIS, reports, and documentation.
• Support implementation and adherence to SOPs and operating standards across outlets.
