Job summary

Torrent Electricals is seeking a Territory Manager to drive top-line and bottom-line growth in Thane, Andheri-Bandra corridor, and South Mumbai. You will appoint distributors, build dealer networks, and manage channel partners to expand market share.

The role requires 4–10 years in Wires/FMEG sales and a Bachelor's degree. You will develop market strategies, ensure trade discipline, and train junior executives to prepare for leadership roles. A strong field presence in Mumbai is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4 to 10 years in Wires/FMEG Sales.
• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving top-line and bottom-line targets for the assigned territory.
• Drive market development programs and increase market share.
• Appoint and manage distributors and stock points within the territory.
• Develop dealer and retailer networks under the appointed distributors.
• Ensure trade discipline, product mix delivery, and distribution-related metrics.
• Maintain market discipline, coverage norms, and administrative compliance.
• Build strong relationships with trade partners, influencers, contractors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Conduct negotiations and close business orders effectively.
• Prepare sales forecasts and track territory performance regularly.
• Execute territory mapping and ensure effective market coverage both directly and through channel partners.
• Train and mentor executive trainees to prepare them for future Territory Manager roles.
