Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. in Dahej is seeking a Sr. Executive / Executive – Warehouse to oversee inbound/outbound operations, maintain inventory integrity, and ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines.

This on-site role requires SAP proficiency and collaboration across QA, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely material flow and accurate documentation. The candidate should have 10–13 years in warehousing or materials management, a commerce-related degree, and strong process discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field.
• Experience in warehousing and materials management.
• Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and audit readiness.
• Proficiency in SAP and inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Audit preparation as per cGMP guidelines.
• Daily monitoring of Raw materials packing materials and related inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments for material movement.
• Carry out physical verification of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods.
• Create PR / PO and manage procurement documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock records.
• Oversee API dispatch, invoicing and E-way bills.
• Handle liaison work with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage deviations, SOPs and track-wise information.
• Support vendor audits and regulatory inspections.
• Daily routine tasks including RM receipt and dispensing.
