Job summary

Ventes Avenues in Mumbai is seeking an Executive/Sr. Executive - Operations (Branding Ad Operation) to optimize campaigns and drive performance. The role focuses on campaign yield, data-driven insights, and cross-team coordination to exceed client expectations.

You will manage day-to-day delivery, troubleshoot issues, and support the team in setting up and optimizing campaigns, with 2-3 years of relevant advertising operations experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Advertising Operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience handling large advertising budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign yield optimisation to meet performance KPIs consistently, including ad testing, campaign scheduling & launching campaigns as per the Release Order (RO).
• Work with data to derive insights & provide recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Liaise with Sales teams, Publisher, Technical, and Finance teams to strategise and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain reporting for campaign performance that will be used to provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Effectively led CPC, CPM, CPCV, CPA, CPI, VAS & corporate deals to meet their success metrics (conversion targets).
• Proactively investigate issues (delivery discrepancies, technical issues, etc.) with clients, agencies, third-party platforms, and/or internal parties and provide resolutions to these issues.
• Provide support to team members to set up, troubleshoot, and optimise campaigns.

• 2 - 3 years of work experience in Advertising Operations, Mobile/Digital advertising space & Client Servicing is preferred.
• You have proven analytical abilities using MS Excel.
• You have excellent oral & written communication skills and have experience in breaking down complex ideas into simple to understand steps.
• You are comfortable managing tactical day to day deliverables & running strategic initiatives when needed.
• You have experience in handling large advertising budgets.
• Ability to work through people with diverse backgrounds would be essential.
• A self-starter who is able to motivate the team & keep a close watch on progress.
