Job summary

ESME Consumer Pvt. Ltd. in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, seeks a Purchase Executive to manage RM and PM procurement for color cosmetics, ensuring timely availability, cost efficiency and quality compliance.

You will coordinate with production, QA and stores, negotiate with suppliers, track purchase orders in SAP, and monitor inventory to optimize stock levels.

Qualifications

• + Hands-on experience in procurement of color cosmetics packaging: Bottles, Jar components, Kajal pencils
• + Mono cartons, Labels, Corrugated boxes
• + Caps, Pumps and dispensing systems
• + Experience in raw materials such as pigments, perfume, base RM and other cosmetic ingredients

Responsibilities

• Purchase of RM & PM as per production plan
• Follow up with the vendor for on-time material delivery.
• Strong negotiation to achieve cost savings
• PO creation & tracking in SAP
• Coordination with Production, QA & Stores
• Inventory monitoring & stock optimization
• Vendor performance tracking (Quality, Cost, Delivery)
