Jobitus in Bharuch district, Gujarat, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support techno-commercial inputs for plant and machinery, coordinate with Purchasing, Store, Accounts, and Production. You will handle preventive and breakdown maintenance, monitor ISO/cGMP documentation, SAP Plant Maintenance data entry, and assist in CAPEX budgeting and energy-saving initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting Manager in techno commercial inputs pertaining to plant and machineries
• Preventive & Break-down maintenance of different plant equipment
• Assisting Manager in manpower utilization related to plant maintenance
• Monitoring of documentation related to various ISO/cGMP System
• Monitoring daily data entry in SAP in Plant Maintenance Module
• Keeping and timely analysis of preventive maintenance & breakdown maintenance data
• Legal requirements related to fired /pressure vessels and other installations
• Implement Energy Saving Programme in the Organization
• Assistance in Preparation of CAPEX and Plant Maintenance budgets
• Implement the cost saving measures in the maintenance function
• Ensure smooth working of the department and maintain high Morale of the Workforce
• Provide on Job guidance to sub-ordinates to enhance skills and knowledge
• Responsible For Technical modification for better productivity
• Managing department budgets, maintaining statistical records with proper History.
• Responsible for Managing minimum stocks of spares and equipment's.
• Coordinate with Sub Dept. Like Purchase, Store, Account & Production Dept.
• Planning & Execution of Plant Shutdown
• Implementation of 5'S in Maintenance Workshop
• Verification of Measurement, Bills which is submitted by Vendor
• Ensure safe practices in the function and people With Follow Safety System
• Inspection of Painting, Insulation job as per Standard Procedure
