Job summary

Healthium Medtech Limited is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead shift maintenance at our Dadri plant in Uttar Pradesh. The role requires troubleshooting machine breakdowns, supervising maintenance activities, and acting as the shift's single point of contact to ensure smooth operations.

The candidate will manage plant utilities (compressors, DG sets, HVAC, water systems), ensure proper documentation, and drive MTTR improvements.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (4–7 years in manufacturing/maintenance).
• Experience as Shift In-Charge or similar maintenance leadership role.
• Familiarity with mechanical/electrical systems, PLC/HMI troubleshooting, and plant utilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend and troubleshoot machine breakdowns during shifts to minimize downtime.
• Act as the Shift In-Charge, ensuring effective execution of maintenance activities.
• Ensure timely response, escalation, and resolution of breakdowns to control MTTR.
• Manage utility systems (compressors, DG sets, electrical panels, HVAC, water systems) for continuous plant operations.
• Act as single point of contact during the shift for maintenance coordination and decision-making.
• Ensure effective shift handover with proper documentation and reporting.
• Maintain breakdown reports, downtime records, and maintenance logs for analysis and audit readiness.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance per schedules.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of plant machinery.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
• Adhere to safety standards, statutory compliance, and maintenance SOPs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations and minimal production loss.
• Participate in TPM, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
