Normet is seeking a Safety Lead to oversee process safety during project phases in Jaipur. You will ensure safe daily operations, manage PTW/LOTO, train staff and vendors, and drive incident investigations with corrective actions.

You will support IMS, maintain HSE documents, and coordinate emergency drills to uphold OSHA and ISO 45001 standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while improving

Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in an engineering field with a Diploma in EHS or Fire Safety.
• 4–8 years of process safety experience during project phase.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Ensure day-to-day safety activities are performed in a safe manner.
• Oversee PTW, FLRA, and set up of temporary work areas.
• Supervise handling, storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Perform daily safety walks (TBT, Gemba) and deliver safety inductions for vendors.
• Provide training and ensure PPE compliance; raise safety awareness.
• Support IMS implementation and maintain HSE documents.
• Report accidents/incidents and conduct root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly HSE reports and assist in emergency response planning and drills.
