Job summary

Shahi in Bengaluru is seeking an Executive - Sample Packing with 3-5 years in garment manufacturing. Based at Hulimavu, Bengaluru, you will ensure garments are properly packed, labeled, and stored, maintaining records and coordinating with Marketing.

You will keep packing areas clean, avoid misplacement, and follow carton formats. Proficiency in MS Office and garment warehouse operations is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in the garment industry.
• Good knowledge of garment warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all garments are properly packed and stored in the designated carton boxes.
• Maintain accurate records of garment receiving time, validation, expiry, and disposal.
• Place cartons in the allocated team-wise racks within the Packing Storage Area.
• Maintain proper arrangement and identification of cartons for easy retrieval.
• Ensure each carton is properly labelled and identified as per the standard carton box format.
• Update records whenever garments are received, shifted, disposed of, or returned.
• Coordinate and follow up with the concerned Marketing Team for confirmation and necessary actions.
• Ensure the packing storage area is maintained in a clean, organized, and systematic manner.
• Monitor packing storage to avoid misplacement, damage, or unnecessary accumulation.
